Since you have made it this far, you must be interested in working at the Mustard Seed. Well, let us tell you a little more about the incentives. The first tangible benefit that you will discover is an in store credit system based on the amount of hours you work.

After being aboard six months, based on a full-time position (35+ hours) and a review, you may be eligible for health benefits, a 401K package, and sick time.

However those benefits do not deliver the total experience of working at the Mustard Seed. There are many intrinsic benefits to be realized here as well.
